Reaching out for support can be a scary thing and I applaud you for taking the first step. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, worry, low self-esteem, depression, or an eating disorder, I am eager to become a support to you. I will work with you to better understand and manage your emotions, become more aware of your thought patterns, and learn more effective coping skills to improve your life. I want to empower you to make the desired changes to begin living the life you want to live.

I am passionate about helping those struggling with eating disorders, including Anorexia, Bulimia, and Binge Eating Disorder. Whether you are struggling with your relationship with your body, food, or exercise, I want to help you heal. I work with adolescents and adults individually using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative approaches.

I can also provide Family-Based Treatment, based on the Maudsley approach, for adolescents and young adults more ambivalent about recovering from an eating disorder.
