Welcome!
I have had a passion for healing since I was 12 when I started teaching my little sister yoga poses. I have learned a lot since then! Most notably, that an integration of all of our parts, both light and dark is essential to the healing process. Equinox Healing Therapies was named for both the mountain I roamed and loved as a child growing up in Manchester, and for the “balance” represented in the word “equinox”.
With over 28 years of experience in the healing arts, I offer Zero Balancing, Pathwork Counseling, Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST) and Intentional Peer Support.

My Treatment Focus
With presence, witnessing, and reflection, I support individuals to reconnect to their authentic selves and include all of their parts. I offer a quiet space of non-judgment and curiosity with a willingness to "be with" whatever is "up" for my clients. This gentle space holding helps to facilitate the client to expand awareness, discover connections which restore balance within, and embody a fresh perspective of self. Through skilled touch in Zero Balancing, Pathwork Counseling, TIST, or Intentional Peer Support, we explore possibilities for growth and change to create a positive and fulfilling life experience.
My Intention
I intend to walk with you on your journey. Together, we will support growth within your struggles, healing through your pain, reminding you who you already are, in your wholeness... perhaps forgotten.
